The promotion of a new modern apartment complex in London was the brief for this design. I created a strong and clear identity for the complex, to attract the target audience, while informing them on their important decision. Implementation of a minimalist design approach ensured the audience was drawn to the apartment complex, rather than the design of the brochure, as well as the brochure conveying the feel of the building itself.

Images and illustrations were used as a main form of communication, as this instantly captures audience’s attention compared to text. As well as inserts of a map of the surrounding area to gives readers an insight into the area they will be living in and the connectivity of London.
