HOTELIFICATION

During my time at One Avenue, I wanted to explore more about what we could be doing as a business to ensure our product, price, place and promotion where to the highest of standards. However, gaining inspiration is important. I toured numerous luxury hotels in the heart of London to understand what more we could be doing as a business.

As a result of my findings, I created the proposal of hotelification, which provide numerous suggestions across different aspects of the business. These changes were discussed amongst the Executive Board and relevant changes have since been made. This was an extremely rewarding project, allowing me to continue learning about luxury marketing and the hotel industry in general.
