Throughout my career at One Avenue, I have lead and assisted in the planning of numerous events, including launch events for our and recruitment open days.
Both events were a success, our launch event brought business to the centre, enhanced perceptions and increased business relationships, while the recruitment open day allowed us to hire a number of successful candidates and allow them to see what One Avenue is all about. Organisation was key, as well as being adaptable as factors are likely to change all the time. However, the most important aspect was the ability to consider the audience, creating an event that appeals to their interests.
